Since different clubs have different requirements, we offer the following pricing and shooting guidelines to suit what is right for you.

Pricing

Clubs who order a photo for every player

Clubs who don’t order a photo for every player

Many clubs include the cost of photos in their registration fees. For these clubs who order one photo for every player, we offer a substantial discount. The prices are: $12 per print un-laminated OR $14 per print laminated Please note that prints must be either all laminated or all unlaminated as we don't offer a mixture. We will design a photo template which can incorporate the clubs logos and colours, and can even include sponsor acknowledgements. If you require insets for absent players, these can be added for $15 each. Conditions To be eligible for these prices the clubs must have a minimum of 60 players. Please also refer to the call-out guide below. Special Tips Some clubs choose this option and then re-sell the images onto the players at a nominated price. This is a great way of doing fundraising.

Some clubs don’t order photos for every player. Often orders are collected by the team managers, and occasionally they distribute order forms. For these clubs we offer the following prices: $15 per print un-laminated OR $17 per print laminated Please note that prints must be either all laminated or all unlaminated as we don't offer a mixture. We will design a photo template which can incorporate the clubs logos and colours, and can even include sponsor acknowledgements. If you require insets for absent players, these can be added for $15 each. Conditions Please refer to the call-out guide below. Special Tips If most of your players usually order photos, you might want to choose option 1 and then re-sell the images onto the players at a nominated price. This will help raise money for the club and may even save the players money.

Call-Out Guide

Though our experience, we have developed a standard for the maximum number of shoot sessions a club may require for us to photograph all their teams. Depending on the size of the club, we can schedule multiple shoot dates.

Clubs with 300 – 450 Players	Maximum three shoots
Clubs with 450 or more players	Maximum four shoots

For clubs that need to book more shoots than their maximum allows, we charge a flat call-out fee of $120 per shoot. This fee will also apply to any cancellations or postponements made within 24 hours of your shoot. This will not affect the price of your prints.
