Wilfred Hendriks - AIPP Accredited Photographer, Company Director
The second generation owner of Photo Hendriks, Wilfred has worked in the business for over 30 years and has wide ranging experience in all areas of photography. While concentrating on School and Team photography, he still enjoys capturing the occasional wedding, working with couples to record their special day. Wilf also has a long history of working with Rotary to support the local community and is currently the President of the Victoria Park Rotary Club.
David Ryall - AIPP Accredited Photographer, Company Director
Since completing his qualification of Advance Diploma of Science (Photography) at the end of 2001, David has been with Photo Hendriks and from the beginning showed a commitment to producing quality photography for his clients. With a keen interest in travel, David has made his way across much of the world, including Chile, Argentina, Tibet, Spain, the USA and even Antarctica! He is currently developing a charitable business called Photographer Without Boarders that will sell his travel photos with the profits going back to charitable projects in the countries of origin. David is also the 2008-2010 President of the Professional School Photographers Association.
Carol Hendriks - Post Lab Production Manager
Carol has been working alongside Wilfred for over 30 years, managing the day to day operations of the office including the packing and dispatch of all orders, and also the accounts. Her long history with the company and iron-clad memory makes her a wonderful asset to the company.
Howard Tam - AIPP Accredited Photographer, Pre Lab Production Manager
After completing a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry and Computer Science at Murdoch, Howard worked in Hong Kong and China, as a Lab Analyst for Shell and as a Failure Analysis Engineer working on process improvements for Seagate and Maxtor hard drive manufacturing. When he came back to Australia he took up a position of multimedia manager for a Subiaco company before studying photography for 3 years full time. Howard started with us in late 2006 and with his broad knowledge has became a valuable asset to Photo Hendriks, helping create and refine many of our key processes. He also enjoys taking photos for his own clients, and programming for a large packaging company, to keep using all of his skills. Since 2006 Howard has also been a councillor for the Australian Institute of Professional Photography WA Branch.
Jemma Howard - AIPP Accredited Photographer, Pre Lab Production Assistant
After completing a degree in science, travelling the world and studying an Advanced Diploma of Science (Photography), Jemma ventured into the world of photo journalism. Working with WA Business News, she covered many key events in Perth and helped capture stories of high profile CEOs. With Photo Hendriks she has helped improve our re-ordering systems, delivering our products to customers in a more efficient and effective manner.
Maggie Thornton - Team Photography Sales Manager, Pre Lab Production Assistant
Maggie recently joined our team, taking on the responsibility of liaising with all our Team Photography clients. With her background in Hospitality, working in the Margaret River region, Maggie has a keen desire to help achieve the best results for our clients. Also previously working as a portrait Studio Manager for Photo Corp. and as a Photographer and Graphic Artist for REIWA, Maggie brings her technical skills to Photo Hendriks, assisting us to develop better ways of creating our final product.
Rob Moore - AIPP Accredited Photographer, Pre Lab Production Assistant
After completing his photographic studies in 2006, Rob worked in many areas of the photographic industry photographing portraits, real estate, products, weddings and events. With his broad experience and technical proficiency behind the camera, Rob is a valuable addition to the Hendriks team. He has a passion for travel and music, the latter has him working with and photographing bands in his spare time.
Colleen Ryall - Post Lab Production Assistant
Colleen has been one of our committed casual packing staff since 2006. After successfully managing a school canteen in the hills for 10 years, she retired from her position and was offered a job by Photo Hendriks. With her knowledge of productions systems and management, Colleen has helped to streamline the physical production for the business, allowing us to get orders out quicker to our clients.
Judy Drake Brockman - Post Lab Production Assistant
Judy is the latest addition to our team. With a background of working in the Navy as a Switch Board Operator and managing logistics for transport companies, Judy is a quiet and hardworking individual. Judy helps get the work out during our busy times, and always goes the extra mile to get the job finished.
